At Spice Girls, we want you to love your fashion finds; if your purchase doesn't spice up your life, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
